How is it FREE?
Its illegal for some e waste, like computers and cell phones, to be thrown away in the trash, so the California state government has recycling programs in place that subsidize authorized recycling centers. California also encourages repurposing or refurbishing equipment as much as possible to reduce the amount of e waste in our state.
